Daniel S. Oseran, MD

Board Certified in Cardiology and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology 

   Dr. Oseran is a native of Oregon.  He completed his cardiology training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center  in Los Angeles.  After spending several years on staff at Cedars, he returned to Portland where he started the  Arrhythmia Center at St. Vincent Medical Center in 1991.  He is now the Director of Arrhythmia Services for Providence Health Systems in Portland.

 

 Blair D. Halperin, MD

Board Certified in Cardiology and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology   

   Dr. Halperin first moved to Oregon in 1984.  He began his cardiology training at Oregon Health Sciences University, and completed his fellowship at the University of Colorado in Denver.  He then returned to Portland where he spent seven years on faculty at OHSU.  In 1997 he left OHSU and joined Dr. Oseran at St. Vincent's Arrhythmia Center.



D.Randolph Jones, MD

Board Certified in Cardiology and Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology   

Dr. Jones recently moved to Oregon from New Hampshire after completing his cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology fellowships at Dartmouth Medical Center.  In addition to his skills in catheter ablation for treatment of arrhythmias, he brings both interest and experience in cardiac resynchronization therapy for treatment of patients with ventricular dysfunction and congestive heart failure.
